Both the Compass High and the Short version are equipped with an innovative soft close system. A soft finger touch on the lid activates the Soft Close Demper Mechanism that controls the closing speed of the lid. In addition to the user -friendliness, a slowly closing lid ensures that the sound is limited to a minimum and possible damage to the toilet seat is prevented.
